FREIGHT CHARGES

Free standard delivery to Greater Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide. Free delivery may also apply to other areas in VIC, NSW, ACT & S.A. Please contact us to find out if you're eligible for free delivery in these states. Freight charges apply to all other locations in Australia. Due to Paypal shopping cart limitations, freight charges are billed separately with a Paypal invoice and are not automatically calculated at the checkout page. Freight charges must be paid in full to finalise orders that are not eligible for free delivery.

DELIVERY

Our products are made to order and are usually delivered within 10 business days depending on quantity and location. Freight carriers are authorised to complete delivery without obtaining a signature if the premises is unattended. Tracking details wil be emailed.

WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY

We guaranteed our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years. During this period, CMF Acoustics will, at its option, either refund, repair or replace any product that's found to be defective at no charge. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
