Information to help you understand freight, delivery and warranty before placing an order.



Freight Charges

Free standard delivery to Greater Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide. Free delivery may also apply to other areas in VIC, NSW, ACT and S.A. — contact us to confirm eligibility. Freight charges apply to all other locations in Australia. For R3B panels, PayPal cart limitations mean freight is invoiced separately and not calculated at checkout. Freight charges must be paid in full to finalise orders that are not eligible for free delivery.

Delivery

Our products are made to order and are usually delivered within 10 business days depending on quantity and location. Startrack Express are authorised to complete delivery without obtaining a signature if the premises is unattended and it is safe to do so. For delivery outside Melbourne, tracking updates are emailed as follows:

Warranty

We guarantee our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (10) years. During this period, CMF Acoustics will, at its option, either refund, repair or replace any product that's found to be defective. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

ⓘ Exclusions: Direct sunlight, liquid or high‑humidity exposure, impact, improper installation or any conditions exceeding normal indoor residential or commercial use are not covered under warranty.

ⓘ Basotect is excluded from product warranty.

ⓘ Warranty coverage was extended from (2) years to (10) years as of 12/12/2025.
